Set up your account

Your account is your personal RehabAlpha login. It stores your name, email address, sign-in security, organization invitations, and signing PIN.

Set up your account before creating an organization or accepting an invitation to join someone else's organization.

Create an account​

  1. Go to rehabalpha.com/signup.
  2. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.
  3. Click Sign up.

RehabAlpha sends a verification email to the address you entered.

Verify your email​

  1. Open the verification email from RehabAlpha.
  2. Click Verify your email.
  3. Return to RehabAlpha.
  4. Click I have verified my email.

If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, click Resend verification email.

If you entered the wrong email address, click Entered the wrong email? Start over.

Set up two-factor authentication​

Two-factor authentication protects your RehabAlpha account with a text-message verification code.

  1. Enter your phone number.
  2. Click Send Code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent by text message.
  4. Click Complete Sign Up.

After setup finishes, RehabAlpha opens your account page.

Every time you sign in, you'll need to enter a new code sent to your phone number. Your secure session lasts 16 hours before RehabAlpha automatically logs you out.

Review your account page​

The account page is where you manage your personal RehabAlpha workspace.

From your account page, you can:

  • open organizations you already belong to
  • create a new organization
  • create a test organization with sample data
  • review account details
  • create or change your signing PIN
  • accept or reject organization invitations

Create a signing PIN​

A signing PIN is required for every in-app signature.

  1. Open your account page.
  2. Find Signing security.
  3. Click Create signing PIN.
  4. Enter a 6-digit PIN.
  5. Save the PIN.

Use a PIN that you can remember, but do not share it with other users.

Accept an invitation​

If another therapy company invited you to RehabAlpha, the invitation appears on your account page after your email is verified.

  1. Open your account page.
  2. Find Invitations.
  3. Review the organization name.
  4. Click Accept to join the organization.

After you accept, RehabAlpha syncs your permissions and opens the organization's workspace.
