Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your personal RehabAlpha login. It may also affect your access to organizations, clinical documentation, signatures, billing records, and audit history.

Before you request deletion​

Before deleting your account, confirm that:

  • you no longer need access to any RehabAlpha organization
  • any active organization work has been reassigned
  • organization administrators know that your access should be removed
  • you understand that account deletion is separate from deleting organization records

Request account deletion​

RehabAlpha does not currently support self-service account deletion.

To request account deletion, contact support@rehabalpha.com from the email address you use to sign in to RehabAlpha.

Include:

  • your full name
  • your RehabAlpha sign-in email address
  • the organizations you belong to
  • whether you want only your organization access removed or your personal login deleted
caution

Do not request account deletion if you only need to leave one organization. Ask an organization administrator to remove or deactivate your user access instead.
