Change your phone number

Your phone number is used for RehabAlpha two-factor authentication. RehabAlpha sends a verification code to this number when you sign in or complete sensitive account actions.

Request a phone number change​

RehabAlpha does not currently support self-service phone number changes.

To change the phone number on your account, contact support@rehabalpha.com from the email address you use to sign in to RehabAlpha.

Include:

  • your full name
  • your RehabAlpha sign-in email address
  • the new phone number
  • whether you can still receive codes at the old phone number

If you can still sign in​

  1. Sign in to RehabAlpha.
  2. Open Support from the sidebar.
  3. Send a message explaining that you need to change your two-factor authentication phone number.

If you cannot sign in​

Email support@rehabalpha.com. Support may need to verify your identity before changing the phone number on the account.
