Reset your password

Use password reset when you forgot your password or want to replace it with a new one.

Start from the sign-in page

1. Go to rehabalpha.com/signin.
2. Click Forgot your password? Reset it ».
3. Enter the email address for your RehabAlpha account.
4. Click Send password reset email.

RehabAlpha sends a password reset link to the email address you entered.

Finish from your email

1. Open the password reset email from RehabAlpha.
2. Click the password reset link.
3. Enter and save your new password.
4. Return to RehabAlpha and sign in with the new password.

note

If your account uses two-factor authentication, you still need the verification code sent to your phone number after resetting your password.

If you cannot access your email or phone

If you no longer have access to the email address or phone number on your account, contact support@rehabalpha.com.
